LSR Construction is a family run residential general contracting firm based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.Leonard and Sharon Richey have lived in the Indianapolis community for over 50 years. Since 1986, the Richey family has been actively working in the construction industry. The Richey’s are active members of the Indianapolis community. (Go Colts!)

Now bringing in the second generation, adding a new wave of thinking to our existing expertise, LSR is setting the foundation for the future by utilizing the most current, effective, and efficient forms of building ideologies and technology. Consistently hungry to learn and implement new innovative building ideas, LSR works closely with clients to fulfill individual needs and wants for each project to ensure success.
